Role Purpose We’re hiring an AI Adoption Lead to champion enterprise-wide understanding, adoption, and responsible use of AI. What You’ll Do Lead Copilot enablement: deliver training programs that empower teams to use Microsoft 365 Copilot effectively. Build the champions program: recruit, train, and support internal AI champions to scale literacy and adoption. Drive cultural change: create engaging content, demos, and workshops that demystify AI and foster a learning mindset. Share best practices: curate and communicate AI success stories, use cases, and lessons learned across Phibro and with external partners. Manage external suppliers: source and oversee vendors for training, tooling, and enablement services. Partner cross-functionally: collaborate with business, IT, and compliance to align AI literacy efforts with strategic goals. Measure impact: track adoption, engagement, and capability growth across teams. What You’ll Bring Strong understanding of AI tools, preferably Microsoft 365 Copilot and the surrounding ecosystem. Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences. Experience in learning & development, change management, or digital transformation. Comfort working with external vendors and managing budgets. Passion for AI: a natural enthusiast who stays current on trends, tools, and opportunities to inspire others. Concise writing and clear storytelling for business partners. Mandatory: fluency in English (written and spoken). Desired Qualifications Prior corporate / enterprise experience. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and the surrounding ecosystem. Background in community building and / or internal and social platform communications.
