About the project As a Senior Software Test Engineer you will demonstrate expertise leading the technical direction for the team. The position reports to the Senior Engineer Manager for Next‑Gen Experience. Responsibilities Lead a team of highly experienced Software Engineers as a technical lead. Spend 70% of the role coding and 30% mentoring other engineers. Guide and mentor team development efforts toward successful project delivery. Architect and implement new React components and front‑end applications. Document architectural designs through diagrams and logical flows within Miro or a similar tool. Build and test new designs, formulations, materials, or systems for compliance with quality and/or performance standards. Test new applications and services in a variety of environments. Gauge platform performance and take corrective action to optimise system behaviour. Determine operational feasibility by providing analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. Provide information by collecting, analysing, and summarising development and service issues. Stay on the leading edge of development methodologies and technologies, partnering with Product and Design counterparts. Work side‑by‑side with key Principal and Distinguished Engineers to design and build scalable solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience working as a Fullstack Engineer. 5+ years of experience with TypeScript. 5+ years of experience with React. 3+ years of experience with C# .NET or Java. 3+ years of experience with Node. 1+ year of experience mentoring. Experience with NoSQL databases (DynamoDB preferred). Advanced English level required; effective communication in English essential for working with US clients.
