About Us Cadence is a language services firm that offers expert network support to clients in the due diligence industry. The company began operations in Beijing in 2014 and serves clients across multiple regions. Job Overview You will serve as a project manager for the interpretation team, with responsibilities including project management, client communication, and ad-hoc recruitment of specialized language professionals. Key Responsibilities Scoping: Discuss client needs via email, phone, or WeChat and collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality, speed, and cost expectations are met. Matchmaking: Identify the best linguist in our community for each project, presenting their experience in a relevant way and constantly evaluating profitability and client satisfaction. Executing: Sync up expectations between clients and linguists, chaperone calls to ensure successful starts, and communicate with clients after projects to ensure satisfaction. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Fluency in English, with fluency in an additional language being beneficial. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Able to work effectively in both independent and team environments, with a goal-oriented mindset and high motivation to succeed.
