Job Description We are seeking an experienced Fund Operations Manager to lead our fund operations team and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong professional network within the investment industry, experience managing teams and fund operations, and expertise in fund accounting and compliance. The successful candidate will oversee the setup and administration of multiple investment funds, manage a dedicated team, and act as a key liaison between clients, investors, and internal departments. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a commercially driven mindset. Lead and mentor the Fund Operations team. Oversee the setup and administration of multiple investment funds. Manage a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in fund accounting, NAV calculations, capital calls, audit processes, and tax fund structures. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need : A Bachelor's degree (minimum) with 15+ years of experience in the investment fund industry. Strong professional network within family offices, investment advisers, foreign investors, and the venture capital community. Proven experience managing teams and fund operations in a fast‑paced environment. Expertise in fund accounting, NAV calculations, capital calls, audit processes, and tax fund structures. Excellent client‑facing, communication, and leadership skills. Commercially driven, proactive, and detail‑oriented mindset. Experience with PFX Paxus is an advantage.
