AI Software Engineer – Opportunity to Deliver Innovative AI-Powered Solutions. Location: Remote – Nearshore (EST hours preferred) Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer – AI to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI-powered tools and applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building full-stack applications, with solid expertise in Go, Python, or on the backend and Angular on the frontend. This professional will design, develop, implement, and maintain AI platforms and AI-powered applications. Prior experience integrating or using AI tools is highly desirable, but not required. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and technical excellence. Build, enhance, and maintain scalable web applications with a focus on performance and reliability. Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI technologies and explore opportunities for integration. Implement best practices for security, scalability, and software delivery. Contribute to CI/CD processes to ensure smooth and consistent releases. Requirements Must-Have Skills: 4+ years of professional software development experience. Strong backend experience with Go, Python, or . Frontend experience with Angular or a similar modern framework. Experience with Azure and API development. Knowledge of PostgreSQL approximately 10–15% of responsibilities. Practical experience with AI tools such as Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, etc. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and GitHub. Experience working in distributed teams using Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Asana. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with Terraform preferred but not required. Exposure to TypeScript and React. Experience with cloud infrastructure AWS or Azure. Previous background in education, finance, or healthcare industries. Preferred Profile 80% backend and 20% frontend. Hands-on experience with AI integration or experimentation. Excellent communication and teamwork skills in distributed environments. Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and accountability.
