Customer Service Operations Manager - North and Center West District Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer, located in Greater Brasília. Responsibilities include performing field service visits to inspect, install, repair, and maintain equipment. The role involves assessing technical issues, identifying root causes, delivering troubleshooting solutions, and ensuring timely preventive maintenance. Additionally, collaborating with the team to provide technical support and prioritize excellent customer service is a key focus of this position. Qualifications Proven skills in Field Service and conducting preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency. Expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues effectively. Strong Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage field schedules and tasks independently. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred. Experience in a technical or engineering field service role is a plus. Ability to adapt to on‑site work environments and effectively communicate with team members and clients.
