Pilot R&D seeks a detail-driven Data Entry Specialist to review supplier emails, extract critical details and enter them into our system with accuracy and consistency. This role requires proficiency in English, both written and spoken. The selected candidate will support our Ingredient Sourcing team by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Key Responsibilities: Enter ingredient information into our internal platform with precision and speed. Upload supporting documents such as specification sheets, nutritional facts, GRAS and non-GMO statements, and certifications. Input supplier data: pricing tiers, minimum order quantities, lead times, and FOB locations. Maintain contact information for suppliers and ensure smooth communication. Identify missing information and coordinate with the Sourcing Manager and Coordinator to complete data entries. Perform regular data cleanup and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency. Collaborate closely with the sourcing team to ensure transparency and efficient data flow. Requirements: Detailed-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with data entry software and systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
