Project Consultant

About the role The Consultant will act as a specialist in the project, bringing technical and strategic expertise to the implementation of solutions. Responsibilities Responsibilities include analyzing scenarios, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the team in strategic decision-making. Competencies At least six years of experience in a consulting environment, leading projects in safety, operational efficiency, and cultural transformation. Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment. Analytical skills to diagnose problems and recommend effective solutions. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, and related frameworks. Experience in operational and occupational risk assessment and management. Strong communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and interactions with stakeholders. Proficiency in data analysis tools and performance indicators. Behavioral Skills Critical thinking – Ability to challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions. Flexibility and adaptability – Ability to adjust strategies based on new information. Autonomy and proactivity – Capacity to take initiative and act independently without constant supervision.
