Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Join a fast-growing company as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and help scale high-impact teams across LATAM. Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer across technical and GTM roles in LATAM Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to define needs, design interview processes, and drive outcomes Proactively source using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to build strong, diverse pipelines Translate talent market research into strategy (competitors, compensation, availability) Own candidate experience with timely, transparent communication and smooth process flow Use AI and recruiting tech to increase speed, quality, and signal throughout the funnel Contribute to continuous improvement (DEI initiatives, interview calibration, talent analytics) Requirements Experience: 5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally across Engineering, Product, and GTM Success criteria: Proven success hiring in LATAM and advising senior stakeholders with data-driven insights Skills: Fluent English and Spanish; expert stakeholder management and candidate engagement Preferred skills: Strong sourcing chops with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern TA tech; ATS proficiency (Workday a plus); Portuguese proficiency; Experience in high-growth SaaS or product-driven environments; Familiarity with enterprise ATS platforms and talent analytics Benefits This role offers the opportunity to work remotely within Peru, Mexico, or Brazil. The assignment is for 12 months with potential to extend or convert based on performance. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll shape hiring plans, influence decisions with market data, and build diverse pipelines in competitive markets. What you'll do includes leading full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers, proactively sourcing, translating talent market research into strategy, owning candidate experience, using AI and recruiting tech, and contributing to continuous improvement. You'll bring 5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, proven success hiring in LATAM, fluent English and Spanish, expert stakeholder management and candidate engagement, and strong sourcing chops with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern TA tech. Nice to have: Portuguese proficiency, experience in high-growth SaaS or product-driven environments, familiarity with enterprise ATS platforms and talent analytics.
