Growth MarketerHi… My name is Lena, and I am the founder of Go Running Tours. This is not your usual job post. I wanted to give you the good, the bad, and the ugly of being a Growth Marketer with Go Running Tours. Maybe no one will reply, maybe many will, but all I’m truly looking for is one really good one. OverviewOur new Growth Marketer will be responsible for all marketing activities for both B2C and B2B clients. Our markets are growing rapidly (some by 100%+), and we’re constantly looking for new channels and markets to sell our services. The role blends analytical rigor with creative copywriting, and it requires the ability to connect B2C and B2B opportunities.We’re lucky that amazing opportunities come our way when you are a runner and a marketer—so you can often find yourself doing cartwheels over your success.We also collaborate with big names like US Bank, Goldman Sachs, Amex, Google, Accenture, and top runners worldwide. Future projects include other major names in the running industry (details are NDA‑protected). ResponsibilitiesOwn all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients. Research, test, and scale new ideas and markets—starting in one city and expanding to others. Optimize our email marketing: build flows, create automations, and dive into data to improve performance. Plan and run digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, explore new platforms, and track what moves the needle. Create compelling case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas to reach new runners, companies, and destinations. Work directly with the founder, collaborating with teammates worldwide and enjoying sparse internal meetings. Maintain a fast‑paced, collaborative workflow that emphasizes execution and measurable results. QualificationsAnalytical and structured mindset, paired with creative copywriting skills. Attention to detail and enthusiasm for tackling new responsibilities. Experience with email marketing flows, automation, and data analysis. Proficiency in Meta and Google advertising, with a data‑driven approach. Comfortable with testing, learning, and scaling ideas. Strong collaborator, fast mover, and driver of growth—both for the business and personal development. Contract DetailsUSD 1,400 per month. 25 hours per week. Contract managed via Upwork. Part‑time role; not suitable for those working 60+ hours a week. Salary is comfortable and designed for a fun, fulfilling life outside work.
