Highly Skilled Software Developer Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software engineer to join our engineering department. As a key member, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our lead generation and data solutions for the real estate industry.
Our ideal candidate is a seasoned software developer with 10+ years of experience in driving complex technical projects from conception to production. You should have deep expertise in distributed systems, data platforms, backend APIs, and cloud infrastructure. Strong architectural skills and a pragmatic approach to design tradeoffs are also essential.
You will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and implementation of critical systems with high impact across multiple teams. This includes driving technical strategy, setting engineering standards for scalability, performance, security, and reliability. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business to influence product direction and recognize how software and systems engineering drive revenue and reduce costs.
In this role, you will also hire and mentor senior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and informal coaching. You will dive deep into the code, especially in high-stakes systems, and evaluate and introduce emerging technologies that can create meaningful leverage.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable, secure, and reliable software systems and want to make a significant impact on the trajectory of a product and company.
