We are Mate ?cademy – an EdTech startup with a technological, gamified, AI‑friendly LMS platform where people learn IT specialties. Graduates have landed their first IT jobs in just 4 months of training in Ukraine, Poland, and Brazil. Check out more information about Mate academy here. Our goal – expand our operations in Brazil. So we are looking for a Python Expert who will be responsible for Python content. This is part‑time project work (at least 8 hours per week). Your skills: Commercial experience as a Python developer (4+ years) Python 3.8+ OOP, Design patterns, TDD, SOLID, DRY principles Algorithms and data structures Web scraping Data analysis Multiprocessing Django ORM, Django Rest Framework PostgreSQL, SQLite Mentoring, teaching experience Ability to communicate technical issues with non‑technical users Passionate about teaching students and sharing knowledge Upper‑Intermediate + level of English Bonus points: Experience in public speaking, training video recording Your tasks: Record asynchronous Python module recordings in Portuguese (we already have this course recorded in English) Analyze the existing video program and suggest potential improvements Module program: Introduction and Theoretical Foundation Concurrency & Parallelism Asyncio We offer: A mission to help anyone, anywhere, break into tech Create the best educational product in the Python field on the Brazil market Play a key role in shaping the future of education Close to zero bureaucracy and flexible collaboration An incredible team that cares about what they do, which makes work an exciting adventure #J-18808-Ljbffr
