We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful development and launch of products.
As a Video Conference Product Manager at Rocket.Chat, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of our video conference integrations and working closely with video conference partners.
**Your skills**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing)
- Proven experience in product management or a related field
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Solid technical background and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Experience developing video conference products is a plus
- Experience with customer success
- Advanced English
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
**What you'll do **‍**
- Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and objectives
- Conduct market research and design discovery to identify customer needs and trends, and translate the insights into actionable product improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver high-quality products on time and on budget
- Analyze and report on key metrics to measure the success of products and identify areas for improvement
- Lead product launch efforts, including working with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and sales to prepare for product rollouts
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and customers to gather feedback and insights
