Reliability Expert Role

As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems.

  • Incident Management : Utilize your technical expertise to handle major incidents via established procedures and provide timely updates until resolution.
  • Deep-Dive Analysis : Conduct thorough application troubleshooting and identify preventive measures to enhance overall system performance.
  • Critical Issue Resolution : Manage critical issue requests including deployments, feature toggles, and data fixes.
  • Production Support : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to follow up on major production incidents and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Monitoring Enhancements : Improve monitoring capabilities using tools like Dynatrace, Kibana, and Splunk to proactively detect potential issues.
  • Alert Systems : Develop and refine alert systems based on incident learnings to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Customer Engagement : Handle customer escalations and coordinate with Support & Engineering teams to deliver exceptional support.
  • Strategic Activities : Contribute to planned activities and respond to ad-hoc requests from CES teams to drive business growth.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • DevOps Expertise : Possess deep experience in DevOps and Production Support.
  • Automation Knowledge : Have hands-on experience in automation and CI/CD practices.
  • Cloud Platforms : Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure preferred).
  • Monitoring Tools : Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Kibana, Splunk.
  • Troubleshooting Skills : Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and ability to delve into application issues.
  • Communication Skills : Exhibit excellent communication and coordination skills across teams.
