Why consider this job opportunity Base salary compensation from $128,480 to $192,720, with an annual target bonus of 8% of base salary Flexible work schedule to balance personal life with professional responsibilities Comprehensive health insurance including medical, dental, and vision coverage Opportunities for career advancement within a global technology leader Inclusive and diverse workplace culture that encourages applications from all backgrounds Chance to influence product innovation in automation software solutions What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Define problem and market opportunity statements to guide product features and capabilities Gather and document customer and market requirements, prioritizing features for maximum user and business value Manage requirements through an Agile development process, making trade-offs with engineering as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated system solutions Act as a key representative for the assigned product, ensuring functional requirements are met during development What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship Strong background in developing or supporting automation applications Proven ability to define user needs and deliver customer‑facing products Excellent communication and collaboration skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) 8+ years of experience in related functions Proven industry experience in control system design, implementation, or support Familiarity with Generative Artificial Intelligence capabilities Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
