Product Leadership Opportunity The right candidate for this Product Manager role will have a strong background in engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive complex projects across multiple teams. Job Description This is an exciting opportunity to join our blockchain team as a Product Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the day-to-day management of one of our teams in the blockchain space. You will partner with leading protocols to build on-chain interactions that may include custody, staking, and governance support. This role requires a combination of technical understanding, business acumen, and leadership skills to build new asset support, manage a backlog of features and maintenance improvements, and think strategically about scaling the way we work. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: 4-6 years of relevant product management experience. Leadership Skills: Experience in driving and managing complex projects across multiple teams, demonstrating exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills. Technical Acumen: A background in engineering, equipping you with the acumen to effectively collaborate with technical teams to solve problems. Empathy and Adaptability: Empathy and adaptability not only complement others' working styles but also embody our culture of curiosity, creativity, and shared understanding. Autonomy: Autonomous, with the ability to make informed decisions that align with our strategic goals. End-User Experience: Deeply invested in optimizing the end-user experience and leveraging it to create business value. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, high engagement, self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.
