Transformational Process Improvement Specialist We are seeking a skilled Transformational Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. Evaluate, document and improve end-to-end workflows across the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and consistency. Identify automation opportunities using tools like Zapier, Workato and Power Automate, and implement solutions that reduce manual work and enhance process accuracy. Partner with stakeholders to design and implement AI-driven workflows that optimize response times, reduce bottlenecks and improve employee experience. Develop and maintain centralized knowledge bases that support employees, managers and the People Team. Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration between HR systems and conversational AI platforms. Key Responsibilities: Streamline HR processes through automation, AI and workflow optimization. Enhance employee experience by providing easy access to knowledge bases and chatbots. Improve process accuracy, speed and consistency through continuous analysis and feedback. Develop and track key metrics related to process efficiency, automation adoption and employee experience.
