We are looking for Sr. Windows AD VMWare / Network Analyst, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will:

Work together with customer to map current Server landscape (Windows / VMWare / AD) , perform GP Analysis and plan roadmap for upgrade / sanitization.

• Execute Roadmap plan to upgrade Server landscape.

• Typical Tasks: Case resolutions, server build checklist validation, server build image/OS binary repository management, server hardening and release to production process, virtualization, server Active Directory/LDAP integration, agent installation, server patching, log analysis and problem identification, file system corruption recovery/inode fix, firmware upgrade, hardware upgrade/replacement process planning, regular server health check, performance monitoring, critical resource monitoring and alerting, CPU/Memory/Disk utilization alerts, account/group creation/password reset/general activities, IT inventory management, documentation and reporting, ticket distribution, sizing and resolution, server decommissioning and commissioning. Server-facing Windows Server OS and Linux OS and its distributions (RedHat, SUSE, Ubuntu, etc.) administrator.

• Performs operational routines to keep applications available and functioning, including intervention in Storage/backup routines directly on the servers as instructed.

• Identify, collect evidence and immediately report to Microsoft/Customer support about critical issues that have significant impacts on the Customer\'s technological environment, exceptional situations and other situations beyond its control or jurisdiction;

• Perform analysis of hardware requirements for software installation;

• Define and Perform tasks for health checks, operation, create/delete users, virtual machines, virtual network, reallocate instances if necessary, monitor infrastructure, deploy new instances, patches,

• Test new features and provide compatibility analysis between applications and Windows/Linux for different versions

• Perform version upgrade/downgrade/reinstallation for OS (Windows/Linux)

• Collaborate in the execution of asset management process activities at Customer locations where there are no asset technicians allocated, at times when the Asset Management service is not available or whenever required by supervision

• create runbooks and maintain updated documentation for aspects of the Windows/Linux DC

• validate patches to be applied/define best effort activities for the OS environment.

• immediately identify and report to the Level 2 Service Supervisor critical issues that have significant impacts on the Customer\'s technology environment, exceptional situations and other situations beyond their control or jurisdiction;

• Other functions related to the Operation of Servers and the DataCenter as a whole as required.

Work Location: Mandatory full time in office

• Other locations (on demand): Jeceaba-MG and Brumadinho-MG

• Experience Datacenter On-Premises with medium/low platform - Unix/Intel platform - HCI Dell VXRail and Standard 3 layer topology - Application/Processing/Storage.

Proven Experience in:

• MS Windows Datacenter and Windows Server OS
• VMWare for Servers Virtualization
• AD Active Directory
• LAN/WAN Networkconfiguration (Cisco/HP)
• Tools like Stack TCP-IP v.4/v6

• Experience to clarify doubts and guide users regarding the use, availability, installation and configuration of software, applications, information systems (both those in the market and those developed internally), equipment, standards and procedures on the technological environment of the Customer and its use

• identify, collect evidences and immediately report to Microsoft/ Customer support for critical problems that have significant impacts on the technological environment of Customer, exceptional situations and other situations beyond its control or jurisdiction;

• Perform analysis of hardware requirements for software installation;

• Define tasks for health checks, operation, create/delete users, virtual machines, virtual network, reallocate instances if need it, monitor infra, deploy new instances, patches,

• Test new features and provide analysis for compatibility among application and Windows/Linux for different version

• Execute upgrade/downgrade/reinstall version for OS (Windows)

• Collaborate in the execution of activities of the asset management process in Customer locations where there are no asset technicians allocated, at times when the Asset Management service is not available or whenever required by supervision

• create runbooks and keep up to date documentation for DC Windows/Linux aspects

Experience to Execute runbook accordingly incident event

Experience to find right SOP and provide feedback for improvements

Good Learner, Good Approach for challenges

Experience in Linux RedHat/Suse,

Certification in:

• Certified on MS Windows Datacenter and Windows Server OS

• VMWare for Servers Virtualization,

• Knowledge on Azure / AWS cloud

• Knowledge on Zabbix/Grafana monitoring

• Execute upgrade/downgrade/reinstall version for OS (Linux)

• Certified on RedHat Server OS
