Hi There, This is Jessica from CI&T I am a Talent Analyst looking for professionals in Marketing Technology to work in social media management on a special project with one of our largest international clients in the financial area, which requires you to work at our Campinas office.

This role is about making our client\'s social media tech stack work well. It involves the selection of new products, supporting implementation, driving adoption and enabling users. This role provides critical support for our end users in all divisions and regions. You’ll work with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Talkwalker (Social Listening), Meltwater (Social Listening) and Khoros (Publishing & Care).

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and deploys platforms to support and meet business needs.
• Identifies and recommends opportunities for improvement and performance issue solutions.
• Provides intermediate-level technical support and monitors multiple technology domains/platforms through the use of monitoring tools and applications. Maintains comprehensive technical knowledge of software and infrastructure platforms.
• Develops technical standards. Tests and evaluates IT vendor products.
• Trains, and mentors, staff and IT project teams, providing guidance and consultation as required. Updates, writes, and maintains documentation for the department.
• Administers systems by actively managing patching, routine maintenance, and backups to include the scheduling and execution of related tasks.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements for this challenge

• Interest in social media and in leveraging technology to solve business problems.
• Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Capability to work with third-party vendors (e.g., Khoros, Proofpoint, Cerby, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn).
• Aptitude for learning new technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with social listening and publishing management tools, such as Talkwalker, Meltwater, and other relevant platforms.
• Important: Willingness to work on-site at the Campinas base.
