Our Real Estate team helps our clients deliver future-ready assets and achieve better outcomes on real estate construction projects of all sizes. - Broadening strategy_: we define and execute sustainable strategies for organisations that own, operate, or invest in infrastructure programmes. We help realise asset management strategies and capability, develop business cases, establish change, and support stakeholder approvals.
- Effective set-up_: we set up projects for success by establishing programme operating models, developing baselines, building capability, engaging the market, and establishing appropriate platforms.
- Controlling and managing delivery_: we drive and assure performance to deliver successful outcomes. We implement lessons learned and enable clients to meet, and beat, performance targets.
**Responsibilities**
- _ Market offer_ - contributing to the ongoing development of major project and programs offer, including service approaches, best practices, etc.
- _ Strategy_ - leading the development and execution of major projects and programs growth strategies within the data center sector.
- _ Opportunities_ _- leading major project and program pursuits in the local market.
- _ Execution_ _- serve as a project director / leader of our service on new commissions.
- _ Capability development_ - lead the development and nurturing of talent, in line with strategy and opportunities.
- _ Partnerships_ _- leading on development of strategic industry partnerships to enable opportunities, proposition, and delivery.
- _ Assurance_ _- development of core assurance methodology associated with the projects in the local market.
**Qualifications**
- Qualified to degree level with professional chartership (e.g. MCIOB, MRICS).
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to establish robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to access and influence key decision makers within clients, regulatory bodies, and government.
- Strategically minded with a considered and consistent approach to decision-making.
- Ability to serve in the capacity of a ‘doer / leader’ - someone who can deliver the service whilst growing talent and the pipeline locally.
- Must speak both English and Portuguese at an advanced level with Spanish also preferable.
- Likely to have 15 years plus construction industry experience from a project management, cost management, or project controls background, with a proven track record in successfully delivering major projects and programs.
- Experience delivering data center projects specifically is essential.
- Experience of working within both client and consultant environments an advantage.
- Preference for Latin America experience with an ability to work in multi-cultural environments.
- Experience working with global accounts and supporting the growth of those relationships
