We are seeking a talented Montador to join our team in Resende, RJ | CDBS .

This role will have the following impact:

  • Adhere to standards, policies, procedures, and HSE regulations.
  • Correct hazards within your control and capabilities.
  • Follow applicable work standards, process documentation, and quality procedures, such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), poka-yoke, and visual standards.
  • Identify and control non-conforming material.
  • Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products, ensuring characteristics and dimensions meet customer expectations.
  • Achieve production goals.
  • Work during required periods or per engineering standards.
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized, including routine cleaning and machine maintenance tasks.
  • Remain flexible and perform other tasks as needed to meet production targets.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and support teams.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Driver's license (any category).
  • Experience in manufacturing or related industry courses (e.g., Formare, Senai, Aprendiz) is a plus.
  • Availability for shifts.
