**Digital Technologies Demand Product Owner - Mars Global Services Digital Technologies - can be based in Mexico (Querétaro or Cuidad de México) or Brazil (São Paulo, Guararema or Campinas)**The role operates across Petcare segment, collaborating with Mars DT, Functional business partner and business unit stakeholders to deliver projects within their region. Primary focus of this role is on evolving the sales capability of Latam markets into a digital driven ecosystem.The focus is on great product ownership and project management to ensure products’ benefits are directly impacting business goals. In addition, ensure project outcomes are achieved in terms of scope, cost, time & quality. The role will also be expected to embrace new digital methods and tools such as Agile, Design Thinking, Analytics and drive the “Zero Distance to the Customer” agenda, leveraging 3rd party expertise where applicable.**What are we looking for?**- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related to Information technologies, Sales, commercial or IT related.- 3-5 years’ experience in IT (Digital / Sales)- 1-3 years of Project management / Product Owner experience, ideally in the CPG industry- Experienced agile practitioner with close working relationship with engineers- Knowledge of specific Sales, Finance and Digital areas is a plus- Knowledge on Financial basis for project budgeting and financial planning.**What will be your key responsibilities?**- Translate the needs of the business into new product requirements and capabilities.- Help build business processes to prioritize customer, community and internal feature requests for multiple projects.- Analyze the customer lifecycle and customer adoption of specific sales knowledge features- Design and align roadmap evolution to increase customer engagement working with several business and technical areas- Working across Business Partnership, Core Capabilities and Core Services teams, determines system functional requirements and completes design in line with overall project aims.- Maintains a thorough understanding of the relevant business area to aid in the development of accurate and concise functional requirements.- Applies technical and functional knowledge to design solutions which are in line with technical architecture, database design and performance requirements; and which are appropriate given the context within which they will be implemented.- Coordinates internal and 3rd party resources- Delivers solutions which are quality and functionally tested, with supporting project documentation which meet functional and technical requirements.**What can you expect from Mars?**- Work with over 130,000 like-minded and talented Associates, all guided by The Five Principles.- Join a purpose driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.- Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.- An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.If you’re passionate about our brands, a great strategic thinking, deliver high quality decision and have a high drive for results, then we want to hear from you.
