As a Senior Tech Lead, you will drive technical excellence in Java & Spring Boot projects, lead development teams, make architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery while promoting a culture of innovation.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the architecture and technical direction of enterprise Java & Spring Boot applications.
  • Mentor and guide development teams, encouraging professional growth.
  • Implement best practices and development standards.
  • Oversee system design and technical decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
  • Ensure quality, security, and scalability across projects.

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies for project delivery and team collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of Design Patterns.
  • Strong IT infrastructure knowledge.
  • Experience in application security best practices.
  • Proven success in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
  • Expertise in back-end development and microservices architecture.
  • Skills in code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and assess technology trade-offs.
  • Experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, communicating technical concepts effectively.
  • Leadership skills in team management, task delegation, risk management, and project planning.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
