Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry at Nexer Telescope. The role focuses on recruiting software engineers to Sweden, supporting relocation, and coordinating with global teams.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit engineers for Sweden-based roles across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
  • Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.).
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
  • Maintain a high level of service, quality, and professionalism; uphold the company values of joy, trust and professionalism.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.
  • A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset and a focus on finding the best solution.
  • High quality and brand awareness; understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail; capable of identifying and closing recruitment requests.
  • Self-confident, sociable, friendly, motivated and resilient with a positive attitude toward taking on challenges.
  • Willingness to handle rejection and persist to achieve results.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Offer and Conditions
  • Full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur; minimum 12 months.
  • Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday; overtime compensation on a 1:1 basis in flex.
  • Location: Remote work or from a co-location center of your choice.
  • Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Benefits: paid national holidays, 20 paid vacation days, paid travels, housing, and per diem.
