This is an on-site role based in Belo Horizonte - MG, Brazil, working exclusively within one of the company’s most important clients as a Resident Engineer.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
  • Customer facing role and relationship. Lead as a team member and in partnership with peers and the entire organization to achieve results.
  • Act as a role model in how to better serve customers, manage demands versus priorities, and lead plans that impact service metrics in the pursuit of continuous improvement.
  • Support the service business, execute the budget premises, overtime, spare parts consumption, travel and expenses, Beckman Coulter resources, and key metrics performance.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
  • Degree in Engineering or similar; Experience >5 years in technical services (IVD) or similar industry.
  • Proven experience with hands-on service, pre and post installation, on field and remotely; skilled with processes and KPIs; lead execution of action plans for deviations.
  • Advanced in English; native speaker of Brazilian Portuguese.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
  • Available for travelling >40% of worktime; be on site with customers.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
