Senior Developer Advocate

This is a pivotal role for an experienced developer looking to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the success of our organization. As the primary point of contact, you will oversee resource allocation and prioritize tasks across teams. Serve as the key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring timely resolution of critical business processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and governance. Analyze KPIs and reporting metrics to inform data-driven decisions and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Salesforce configurations, including Workflows, Process builders, Flows, Roles, Enterprise Territory Management, Security Controls, Reports, and Dashboards. A successful applicant should also have experience in Administration, Configuration, Implementation, and working with the Salesforce platform. Familiarity with Apex Language, Visual Force pages, Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Indexes, Web Services, Components, Tabs, Apex Web services, Custom Objects, Reports, Analytic Snapshots, and Dashboards, Profiles, Creating Roles, Page Layouts, Org-Wide Default, Sharing rules, Workflows would be beneficial.
