We are seeking an accomplished and passionate craftsman to deliver exceptional bespoke repairs, heel swaps, and customizations while creating a captivating in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert repair services, including restoration, reparation, and customization.
  • Promote products and services on the sales floor by identifying customer needs and preferences.
  • Offer guidance on product selection and in-store services.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships through effective communication and empathy.
  • Maintain store standards according to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Embody company values and transmit knowledge effectively through product understanding.
  • Create an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Elevate brand storytelling by understanding the core values and mission.
  • Communicate product knowledge and describe items and customization options with confidence and clarity.
  • Anticipate and cater to customer needs with proactive and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with the team to accomplish goals and maximize sales performance.
  • Comply with company procedures, policies, and guidance for all activities.
  • Participate in Sneaker Maker Tour events as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Background in Retail or other customer-facing industries preferred.
  • Developed artistic skills (drawing, painting, sketching, doodling).
  • Self-motivation with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
