Ensure contractors meet performance goals and align with our marketing strategy.- **Sales Collateral Development**:Create and maintain high-quality sales collateral, including brochures, one-sheeters, presentations, case studies, and other materials to support the sales team and enhance the sales process.- **Direct Mail Campaigns**:Plan, execute, and analyze direct mail campaigns to target specific B2B customer segments and drive engagement and conversions.- **Marketing Analytics**:Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize marketing efforts and achieve business goals.- **Content Creation**:Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging and informative content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our B2B target audience.- **Brand Management**:Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials.- **Event Marketing Support**:Develop and execute strategies to support event marketing efforts remotely, including digital promotion, follow-up campaigns, and leveraging event-generated content.- **Collaboration**:Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and customer needs.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing paid acquisition campaigns and inbound marketing strategies.- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.- Experience in B2B lead generation and marketing.- Experience in property management, skilled trades, or real estate a huge plus.- Experience in creating sales collateral and executing direct mail campaigns.- Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.**What We Offer**:- Competitive salary and benefits package.
