Our opportunity We are looking for our new Customer Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Implementation Specialist you will be the key driver in onboarding new customers and ensuring smooth transitions across teams and geographies. Youll act as the central link between our commercial and operational worlds leading projects that unlock success for our customers and our business. Main responsibilities : Project Management Lead end-to-end implementation for new accounts with medium complexity and regional scope. Drive planning timelines and milestones across cross-functional teams and global stakeholders. Anticipate risks manage Go / No-Go criteria and ensure readiness for launch. Customer Onboarding Act as the main point of contact for customers during implementation. Build trust and guide clients through project execution ensuring alignment with scope and expectations. Execution & Delivery Coordinate with internal teams to ensure SOP / IOP compliance training system setup and service quality. Ensure all elements of operational delivery are in place for a successful Go-Live. Community Collaboration Learn from and contribute to the wider Customer Implementation community. Experience in global logistics supply chain especially in customer onboarding or implementations. Solid knowledge of digital tools and supply chain platforms. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. PMP PMI-ACP). Proficiency in tools like Asana and Microsoft Office. Advanced English and fluent Portuguese are essential.
