Job Title

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the optimal functioning and compliance of business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced support for critical applications such as LIMS, EHS-INTELEX, DIMEP, MATICS, ST-One, and THINGWORX.
  • Investigate incidents, service requests, and change requests in a timely manner to minimize disruption.
  • Continuously monitor application health, performance, and integrations.
  • Offer high-quality support to end users across multiple countries and languages, ensuring clear communication.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, audit trails, and compliance with regulatory and security standards.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure seamless integration and data flow between applications and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Azure, Snowflake).
  • Guarantee applications meet business needs in areas such as maintenance, quality management, EHS, production monitoring, and access control.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience supporting enterprise applications in manufacturing, quality, EHS, or IoT environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese language required.
  • Familiarity with LIMS, SAP, EHS/ESG platforms, IoT data collection, and access control systems.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Experience with SQL, Windows, Azure, and integration platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and support users in multiple regions.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Significant experience in manufacturing apps.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based solutions and real-time production monitoring.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in manufacturing.
  • Strong multilingual support capabilities (English, Spanish, and Portuguese).
