What this job involves As a Sourcing Director at JLL, you will lead strategic procurement initiatives that drive exceptional value for our clients and organization. In this senior role, you\'ll shape innovative sourcing strategies while building high-performing supplier relationships that support our global real estate services. You\'ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, negotiate complex agreements, and implement solutions that strengthen our market position. What your day-to-day will look like Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for key service categories and supplier partnerships Lead complex negotiations with strategic suppliers to secure optimal terms, pricing, and service levels Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units to identify procurement opportunities and requirements Manage supplier relationship programs, including performance monitoring, risk assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to inform strategic sourcing decisions and recommendations Present sourcing strategies and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field 10+ years of progressive sourcing and procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven track record of managing complex, high-value sourcing initiatives and supplier relationships Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to secure favorable terms and agreements Experience with procurement technologies, data analysis, and market intelligence tools Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders Preferred qualifications 5+ years of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) experience Experience in real estate, facilities management, or professional services industries Global sourcing experience with understanding of international markets and regulations Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change initiatives Knowledge of sustainability and ESG principles in procurement practices Compensation and location Estimated compensation for this position is: $XX base + bonus The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data Location: REMOTE based in the United States Estimated compensation for this position: 110,000.00 – 135,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
