OverviewActive 7 months ago Analyst. I began my career in crypto, gaining over four years of experience with some of the most influential players in the Brazilian market. At Mercado Bitcoin, the country’s largest crypto exchange, I supported customers and created content—including developing Brazil’s first course on investing in tokenized assets. At the Brazilian Crypto Association, I managed relationships with all associates, including individuals, exchanges, tokenization platforms, and startups. Over the past three years, I have focused on M&A and Corporate Venture Capital, gaining strategic and financial expertise in technology-driven investments. My true passion lies in crypto, and I am eager to bring my experience and insights back into the industry. I am seeking a customer support and/or content creation role that will allow me to immerse myself in blockchain, crypto, and Web3. ExperienceAssociate - M&A and Corporate Venture Capital, ACE - Development of innovation theses, sector and market studies, search and analysis of startups, presentation to innovation committees and boards, negotiation of deals, carrying out due diligence and portfolio management for corporations such as FTD, Vibra, Maersk and Whirlpool.- Management of the analysis process of 300+ startups, conducting 9 deals worth R$21.7 million from search to closing, in addition to commercial partnerships and proofs of concept.- Open innovation projects for BTG Pactual (BoostLAB), Neoway (Smart), AASP and Serasa (Impulsiona).- Presentation of lectures, courses and mentoring sessions on innovation for C-Levels from different segments. ExperienceClient Support / Content Creation, Mercado Bitcoin - Client support, helping customers in their journey and setting up investment strategies including alternative assets such as crypto and tokenized assets.- Content creation to explain tokenized assets (tokenized fixed income, tokenization of equity, tokenization of the solidarity mechanism of soccer players).- Launch of the first course teaching how to invest in tokenized assets in Brasil. ExperienceDeputy Secretary General, Brazilian Association of Cryptoeconomy - Biggest crypto association in Brazil, maintained by Mercado Bitcoin and others.- Point of contact for all members, committees and task forces, in direct contact with industry leaders and regulatory bodies.- Responsible for day-to-day functioning of the association; ensure effective functioning of the Board and working groups.
