If you thrive on decision-making, enjoy shaping strategies, and love transforming your expertise into actionable outcomes, this role is tailor-made for you.Basic Qualifications:Previous experience in the e-commerce sector is ideal, with a focus on customer journey analysis, such as checkout processes and customer feedback Familiarity with multiple tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), including CRM systems and platforms like Shopify, demonstrating versatility in handling diverse technologies Strong SQL experience Strong ability to work with clean, high-quality data, but also comfortable navigating and building complex data models to extract meaningful insights efficiently Ability to identify pain points and areas where the company is losing customers, providing actionable insights to improve retention Capable of implementing innovative solutions and "hacks" to optimize customer experiences and improve processes Experience working across various industries or domains, bringing a well-rounded perspective to the role Demonstrated longevity in previous roles, reflecting reliability and dedication Comfortable being the first hire in this area, requiring minimal guidance and showing initiative to build frameworks and strategies independently Bonus if experienced in working with teams across different time zones, showing adaptability and strong communication skills Key Responsibilities:Measure, track, and analyze operations efficiency, identify trends, work with stakeholders to understand root causes, and translate learnings into actionable insights Build, own, and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards and present insights to business partners and executive leadership Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to build datasets, conduct robust analyses, and translate data into actionable insights Work closely with other data partners to scale our client’s data ecosystem and enable cross-functional projects About RYZ Labs:RYZ Labs is a startup studio built in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
