Develop and evolve the technical foundation of our rapidly growing small business lending platform. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to design and implement cutting-edge financial technology solutions while working with a collaborative team focused on revolutionizing business financing. We seek an experienced Technical Architect to shape the technological infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Key Responsibilities: Design comprehensive technical architecture for lending platform. Define architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across technology initiatives. Lead technology selection and evaluation processes for new tools, frameworks, and platforms. Create technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives and product strategy. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Technical Leadership: Hands-on technical expertise in node.js, React, Swift, Java/Kotlin development. Review code, architectures, and technical designs to ensure quality and standards. Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making across teams. Establish development standards, coding practices, and documentation requirements. Drive continuous improvement in development processes and technical practices. Experience Expertise in cloud services such as AWS or Azure. Strong understanding of security principles, including threat modeling and incident response. Knowledge of API strategies, microservices, and serverless solutions. Experience with analytics, reporting, and machine learning. Understanding of AI and automation solutions.
