Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Create, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms to align with business goals and drive engagement.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform's audience and best practices.
  • Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner to foster a positive community and enhance the customer experience.
  • Social Media Campaigns: Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to support marketing initiatives, product launches, and other key business objectives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant platforms to measure success and optimize strategies.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure our social media presence remains fresh and competitive.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, PR, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and build authentic connections with our audience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of social media campaigns and content.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Experience with social media advertising and budget management.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
  • Passion for digital marketing, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
