The Role We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst / Modeler to join our team in Brazil. This is a senior, customer-facing position where you will lead data initiatives across countries, working directly with international clients and internal engineering teams. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing semantic and dimensional data models in Snowflake, enabling powerful insights in Power BI, and guiding customers on best practices. Beyond modeling and analytics, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring that data solutions align with business needs and drive measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Lead customer-facing data initiatives (in English) , serving as the main point of contact for analytics and modeling discussions. Design and implement semantic, dimensional, and aggregated data models in Snowflake. Build and optimize Power BI datasets , including aggregations and performance tuning. Write and review complex SQL queries for analysis and validation. Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and clear insights. Guide customers on best practices in data modeling, analytics, and BI strategy . Collaborate with international teams (Australia, Thailand, Brazil and Europe) to deliver end-to-end data projects. Mentor and support other analysts and engineers on modeling and BI practices. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst / Data Modeler . Strong expertise in Snowflake , dimensional modeling (Kimball/Inmon) , and semantic layer design. Advanced SQL skills for data transformation, analysis, and optimization. Deep knowledge of Power BI , particularly aggregations, large models, and performance tuning . Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Strong business acumen — able to translate technical solutions into business value. Experience leading client-facing projects across countries.
