What You'll Do
- You will be meticulously monitoring and managing leads originating from distinct sources
- Client Research: Upon initial contact with a lead, you will conduct comprehensive research on the potential client, gathering pertinent information such as their name, company name, contact details, time zone, roofing installation volume, and other relevant data
- Cold Calling and Data Entry:
- Vet potential clients by conducting comprehensive research prior to scheduling discovery calls.
- System Maintenance: Update and maintain accuracy across all sales systems, including Go High Level, Monday and Honeybook
- Call Confirmations: Call clients to confirm attendance for scheduled discovery calls
- Follow ups: Executing follow-ups as required to track client progress until onboarding or vetting is completed
- Keep the sales leader accountable for ensuring all follow-ups are completed promptly
- Team Support: Serving as a vital support resource for the sales team, you will provide assistance as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to collaborate
- Notification Management: Notify the team via Slack of the day's scheduled discovery calls along with relevant client information
- Honeybook Operations: Ensure proficiency in operating Honeybook for sending brochures and invoices to clients
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Handle general sales tasks assigned by management
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the sales process, making it more efficient and effective. Provide feedback and suggestions to the sales team for process improvements. Learn to Go High Level to set automation and become a Go High Level Specialist
This Role is for You If:
- You have excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written (client-facing, no accent). You express ideas with clarity and confidence
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in e-commerce sales or high-ticket B2B/B2C sales -You're tech-savvy and excited about the power of AI to elevate your performance, not replace it
- You operate with urgency, ownership, and precision
- You're driven by results but grounded in empathy
