Frontend User Experience Architect

Job Description Senior Frontend UX Engineer is responsible for the development of new and existing applications, including Command Center and related MFEs. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with JavaScript, React, CSS components design, and similar technologies. The role requires creating and modifying mocked versions of new UI screens using existing components, creating and modifying custom React and web components, understanding responsive design, and participating in code reviews. Developing scalable, performant, and responsive web applications Deploying applications to the cloud (AWS/GCP) Working collaboratively with other project team members from Product, Program Management, and QA Required Skills and Qualifications The right individual for this role must have deep experience in JavaScript and Node.js, knowledge of frontend web development, and familiarity with popular frameworks and npm. A strong understanding of programming paradigms and fundamental frontend programming principles is essential, along with 5 years of software engineering experience and 2 years of experience developing frontend applications using React or similar technologies. Proficiency in TypeScript Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to work within a distributed team Benefits This role offers a wide range of responsibilities, including prototyping new technologies to reduce cost and increase engineer velocity.
