**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
- 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- Experience influencing and advising executives.
- Excellent analysis skills using spreadsheet software.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and execute internal complex/cross-functional projects to design, implement and improve business processes and operations involving the Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams.
- Lead sales initiatives and capabilities for Brazil (i.e., Plays, Customer Pillar, Mastery), utilizing an expert understanding of the sales process, Google organization, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and business plans.
- Develop strategic and business plans to address short, medium and long-term opportunities and issues, oversee display and video incentive program support and approval, including adherence to global policies/exception handling processes.
- Update/create flexible and scalable models which drive sales processes and streamline operational issues, package analysis for reports used by sales leadership to shape strategic and operational decisions as well as develop/design tools to improve processes and workflows.
