We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help architect and scale the systems that power The Flex — from seamless guest bookings and payment flows to predictive automation and global integrations. What You’ll Build Architect the Core – Design and implement scalable, high-performance services that power bookings, payments, and automation workflows. Automate Everything – Build intelligent microservices and serverless functions that remove repetitive manual work. Scale Seamlessly – Design infrastructure capable of handling thousands of stays and millions of transactions across continents. Integrate Intelligently – Connect Base360.ai to platforms like Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, and Hostaway. Enhance Intelligence – Work with AI-driven automation tools to create predictive and adaptive systems. Mentor & Elevate – Share best practices, review code, and guide junior engineers toward technical excellence. You’re a Great Fit If You Have 5+ years of experience in software engineering (preferably across full stack or backend). Strong skills in Node.js, Python (FastAPI), and AWS (serverless stack preferred). Proven experience designing API-first architectures and event-driven systems. Strong understanding of databases, automation, and distributed architectures. Curiosity about AI, real estate tech, and intelligent automation.
