Super VP (Ops Integrator‑Lite) Function: Operations Location: Remote (Philippines, Latin America, or India) Rate: US $7–$9/hr Type: Full‑Time What You’ll Own We’re looking for a battle‑tested Operations Integrator who can bring order, rhythm, and clarity to a growing trades‑based business. This isn’t admin work. This is end‑to‑end operational command — turning sales into production seamlessly, ensuring priorities are visible, and keeping the machine humming without hand‑holding. You’ll architect workflows, enforce scorecards, and coach team members into role mastery — while configuring a lean tech stack and building an SOP library that sticks. We don’t babysit. And neither will you. Role Clarity Framework A. Primary Functions Build a predictable sales‑to‑production workflow (no missed leads, no double bookings). Clarify roles and handoffs between Sales (Leo), Production (Vania), and Owner (Chad). Install weekly scorecards and GSR rhythms so the team runs on clear priorities. Maintain a lean tech stack (Slack, PaintScout, Trello/CRM, Google Workspace, Loom). Build and update SOP library and operating cadence that the team actually follows. B. Systems Ownership Slack (team communication & huddles) PaintScout (estimates & proposals) Trello/CRM (workflow tracking) Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) Loom (async training & SOPs) C. Measurable Deliverables 100% of leads processed within SLA, zero drop‑offs. Weekly scorecards published & GSR huddles completed on time. Production calendar accurate & up‑to‑date. SOPs maintained and used in daily workflows. Weekly ops report delivered, monthly reviews completed. D. Support Task Delegation Delegate admin/data‑entry to Sales Coordinator (Leo) and Production Coordinator (Vania). Partner with CFA Internal Trainer for onboarding, call calibration, and skill reinforcement. Escalate strategic issues directly to Chad (Owner). Requirements 5+ years experience in operations, project coordination, or business integration. Proven track record in workflow design, CRM hygiene, and scorecard reporting. Strong coaching ability: can develop coordinators into KPIs without micromanaging. Tech‑savvy: can configure and optimize Slack, Trello/CRM, PaintScout, and Google Workspace.
