As our AI Engineer, you'll architect the intelligent systems powering our next-generation learning tools. By harnessing Large Language Models as domain specialists, you'll build knowledge frameworks and adaptive learning assistants that deliver content with unprecedented relevance and engagement. What You Will Be Doing

• Architect and optimize AI-powered educational workflows by integrating diverse AI tools, crafting sophisticated prompts, and refining systems based on expert and user feedback
• Develop comprehensive knowledge repositories and "Second Brain" frameworks by leveraging LLMs as subject matter experts to capture, organize, and make accessible domain-specific knowledge and organizational insights
• Create robust data structures that provide essential contextual intelligence to support complex business logic, ensuring AI systems deliver relevant, accurate, and scalable educational experiences

Artificial Intelligence Engineer Key Responsibilities

• Drive LearnWith.AI's competitive advantage by pioneering AI systems that generate engaging, personalized, and effective educational content that stands out in the EdTech marketplace
• Translate educational needs into technical solutions that harness AI capabilities to solve real learning challenges
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure AI-generated content maintains educational integrity while maximizing engagement

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated expertise in building robust, production-grade applications
• Substantial professional experience integrating Large Language Models into commercial software products in sophisticated ways
• Genuine passion for and demonstrated interest in educational technology, with an understanding of how technology can enhance learning outcomes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex educational needs into technical AI solutions
• Experience with prompt engineering and optimizing AI workflows for specific domain applications

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. For details, see
