Key Responsibilities: Configure switches and wireless access points, ensuring optimal network performance. Conduct site assessments to evaluate current network infrastructure and develop action plans for equipment refresh and upgrades. Collaborate with vendors to oversee cabling and device installations, ensuring compliance with project standards and best practices. Manage and troubleshoot network issues during deployment and provide level 3 hyper care support as needed.
