Duties and responsibilities
  1. Tracking all Maintenance tasks (CM and PMs).
  2. Tracking all material resources before execution on board to avoid impacts on manpower embark/execution on board.
  3. Support vendors' manpower before embarking, keeping them informed about work scope, schedule timeline, logistics, PCR, and training before execution.
  4. Control all CMs and PMs through P6 (PRIMAVERA) and check information from STAR.
  5. Responsible for leading Planning meetings with people onshore and offshore.
  6. Responsible for keeping all team members updated about changes in planning information, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Qualifications
  1. Engineering degree.
  2. Planning tools competence (e.g., Primavera, planner, project, etc.).
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English is required.
  4. Structured, analytical, and a true problem solver with good communication skills.
  5. A team player with the ability to work independently.
  6. Must be flexible with travel both onshore and offshore.
