Case Manager Position Overview This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing immigration law firm in the USA as a Case Manager. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless client communication and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on grammar, spelling, and English composition. They will be highly organized, able to work under pressure, and have a keen eye for detail. A B.A. Degree in Law or related studies is required, while previous experience in the legal or immigration field is highly desirable. The ability to use MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional is also essential.
