Scrum Master Job Opportunity This role involves leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments to deliver high-quality products and services. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to drive team collaboration and productivity. Remove impediments and enable teams to work efficiently. Coach teams in agile principles, promoting continuous learning and improvement. Act as a liaison between teams, stakeholders, and leadership for effective communication. Guide teams in planning, estimation, prioritization, and delivery. Support Product Owners in refining the backlog and ensuring clarity. Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and metrics analysis. Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and open communication. Manage risks, dependencies, and team dynamics effectively. Oversee reporting of team performance and progress. What You Bring: Agile certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) highly valued. 5–7+ years of experience working with agile teams in various environments. Proven success facilitating collaboration and guiding teams through complex initiatives. Strong background in hybrid delivery environments integrating Agile and traditional practices. Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and present confidently. Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships.
