Analista de Marketing Sênior Latam

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Recommend and lead the design of reports to help management make business decisions
- Lead the identification and management of pre and post analytics on events for continuous improvement including design and project management
- Recommend and lead the implementation of continuous process improvements as it relates to marketing
- Develop and manage internal communication processes in partnership with all EW areas
- Track variable expenses forecast and accrual control supporting all marketing expenses in accordance with budget
- Adopt and develop communication materials including translation coordination, adjustments and printing in accordance with promotional material SOP while partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to marketing team regarding EW branding processes.
**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent 5 years min. of previous experience Required
**Additional Skills**:
- Advanced computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite
- Experience working in a global matrixed environment
- Ability to develop complex models, spreadsheets, and reports
- Fluency in English required; ability to speak Spanish
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Full knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to analytics
- Full understanding of quantitative methodologies, techniques and tools
- Full knowledge on customer service level on Edwards products and customers
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
