Healthcare Integration Specialist We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Integration Specialist to support our critical healthcare integration team. This role involves managing and maintaining complex healthcare system interfaces, supporting over 400 SFTP interfaces and hundreds of real-time HL7 and FHIR interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement interface solutions to meet business requirements. Perform gap analysis between disparate healthcare systems. Interpret and implement HL7 v2 message specifications. Monitor and manage FHIR API changes and potential downstream impacts. Participate in regular technical support meetings. Take on rotational on-call support responsibilities. Communicate complex technical details to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
