- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Supply Chain Intern** to join its office in **Rio de Janeiro**within the International Supply Chain Division.
**Activities**Support the procurement process by receiving and evaluating purchase requests, identifying suitable suppliers, requesting and comparing quotations, negotiating favorable terms, and issuing purchase orders-
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of supplier qualification processes across all departments-
Manage documentation flow by developing and maintaining an organized filing system for incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring proper sorting, verification, and distribution. _#LI-KM_
**Requirements**:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields-
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (Spanish is a plus)-
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)-
Strong written and verbal communication skills-
Ability to follow established processes and procedures with attention to detail-
Availability for at least 12 months of internship (30 hours per week - 6 hours per day)-
Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn, hands-on attitude, and good interpersonal skills**Competencies**
