Overview

En CFOTech estamos en la búsqueda de una Visual Designer para sumarse a un reconocido cliente del rubro salud. El Visual Designer es responsable de crear interfaces atractivas, consistentes y alineadas con la identidad visual de la marca. Colabora con equipos de producto, UX y desarrollo para garantizar una experiencia visual coherente, accesible y efectiva en todos los puntos de contacto digitales. Traduce conceptos complejos en soluciones gráficas simples, potentes y funcionales.

Responsabilidades Principales
  • Diseñar interfaces visuales de alta fidelidad en línea con los lineamientos de marca y el design system.
  • Desarrollar y mantener componentes visuales reutilizables, estilos, iconografía y especificaciones UI.
  • Colaborar con Product Designers para transformar wireframes en experiencias visuales atractivas.
  • Proponer mejoras visuales basadas en objetivos de negocio, usabilidad y resultados de research.
  • Participar en revisiones de diseño y QA visual para asegurar una implementación coherente con lo diseñado.
  • Contribuir activamente al mantenimiento y evolución del Design System.
  • Asegurar consistencia visual entre productos, canales y plataformas.
  • Investigar tendencias visuales y proponer soluciones innovadoras con criterio estético y funcional.
  • Participar en workshops y procesos de cocreación aportando desde lo visual.
Requisitos mínimos
  • +3 años de experiencia en diseño visual/UI en productos digitales.
  • Excelente dominio de Figma y herramientas de diseño visual.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Design Systems y bibliotecas de componentes.
  • Capacidad de traducción de identidad de marca en sistemas visuales consistentes.
  • Buen entendimiento de fundamentos de diseño visual (color, tipografía, jerarquía, composición).
  • Conocimientos de accesibilidad visual y diseño responsive.
  • Habilidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa con otros perfiles de diseño, producto y tecnología.
